Payment Matters

Payment Methods:

 

1. I-Banking

More details will be sent to customers via an order confirmation email after completion of order form.

 

2. ATM Funds Transfer

Attach a snapshot (Do Not Scan) of the ATM receipt for verification purposes when replying to IN THE WILD' s order confirmation email. Please do not throw away your ATM Fund Transfer receipt until you have received your parcel.

In the event that the ATM machine does not produce a Fund Transfer receipt, please state in your reply to order confirmation email that an ATM Fund Transfer receipt cannot be issued.

More details will be sent to customers via an order confirmation email after the completion of the Order Form.

 

Please note:

 Waiting time: 3-5 Working Days. Parcel will be mail within 24 hours of the confirmation email

All prices are fixed. Sales items are final; no exchanges/refunds will be done.

All orders not paid within the timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be cancelled and items put up for sale thereafter.

Measurements might differ slightly (approximately +/- 1 to 3 cm). As a result, please take this into consideration.

Colour of items might differ 1-3 shades lighter/darker in real life.

All prices do not include postage fees.


IN THE WILD strongly recommends all customers to opt for registered postage or self-collection option as parcels sent via normal postage contain the risk of being lost and damaged when they are sent in bulk.

 

It is advised that all customers opt for registered postage, with just an additional SGD2.80. All parcels from IN THE WILD are stamped with a return address prior to delivery.

 

IN THE WILD will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For every subsequent item form the same category, just add SGD 0.50.

 

Our postal service provider is SingPost.

 

Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are non-working days.

 

If a registered parcel is delivered and there is nobody to sign for it, a notification slip will be left behind. You may arrange re-delivery via SingPost’s online form or by contacting SingPost at 1605. Self-collection can be done at the post office branch indicated on the notification slip. 

 

Registered parcels must be retrieved from the post office within 2 weeks of the first attempt at delivery. If it is not, Singpost will return the parcel to us. In such cases, the customers will be required to top up the necessary postage for it to be repackaged and mailed out again.
